Tortured, beaten and then left to die in the Mexican desert, Savannah Star vowed to return to Casa de Flores and retrieve her son. Together, they undertake the task of attaining retribution against a man whose mission was to conquer all. They discover love through their common destiny, only to find themselves persistently pushing each other away. Would Love ultimately conquer their stubborn pride or are they destined to travel different paths for eternity?
